Our Programs

Dynasty Elite Dance Company is a dynamic and prestigious pre-professional dance team based at Neema Dance Collective in District Heights, Maryland. The company is renowned for its exceptional training and performance standards, focusing on elevating dancers' technique, performance quality, and confidence. Dynasty Elite provides a platform for young dancers (ages 5-18) to cultivate their artistry and technical skill under the guidance of CEO and Artistic Director Grace Johnson-Wright.

Our gymnastics program is designed to build strength, confidence, and skill from the ground up. Open to children ages 3 and up, our progressive levels (1–5) guide students through foundational movement, balance, flexibility, and tumbling—all in a fun, safe, and empowering environment.

Neema Dance Collective 2025–2026 Season

The energy is unmatched as we step into our 2025–2026 season! With over 70 classes each week, including exciting new adult programs, Neema continues to be the home for dancers of every age and level.

We’re kicking things off with our Block Party Open House, returning to the legendary Cramton Auditorium for our annual concert “Miracles”, and building momentum toward a milestone, 10 years of Neema on May 31, 2026. The year will culminate with our unforgettable Spring Recital 2026, showcasing the artistry and power of our community.

This season isn’t just about dance, it’s about celebration, growth, and legacy. And we can’t wait for you to be a part of it.

The Summer Dance Camp is for children ages 4-15, featuring a variety of dance styles, arts and crafts, and games, culminating in a showcase.

Careers

Summer Dance Classes provide students with continued training in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and more, with classes meeting twice a week.

Fall 2025 Classes

The Summer Dance Intensive is a rigorous program for competitive dancers ages 6-18, offering advanced training in ballet, tap, jazz, and other styles, with a performance at the end.

When schools are closed, Neema Kidz is open! Our Open Gym program provides safe, fun, and structured care for children during school closure days. Kids will enjoy a full day of supervised activities, movement, and creativity while parents have peace of mind knowing their child is cared for.
